FILM Steering Committee

 

The FILM Steering Committee brings together representatives from across all Imperial College faculties to help shape the scientific direction of the facility. Acting as a bridge between disciplines, the committee provides strategic guidance on research priorities and future opportunities for imaging at Imperial.
 
Chaired by Professor Clare Lloyd, Vice-Dean (Institutional Affairs) in the Faculty of Medicine, the committee ensures FILM remains aligned with the College’s strategic research goals. The facility supports a diverse and growing scientific community, serving between 400 and 450 users annually from approximately 150 research groups across Imperial.
 
FILM benefits from active scientific guidance and collaboration with senior academics, including: Dr Jorge Bernardino de la Serna, Professor Alejandra Tomas, and Professor Tolga Bozkurt
 
Strategic alignment is further supported by key institutional figures: Dr Gareth D. Hyde and Ms Pat M. Evans.
