Installation

• Download the latest version of the Definiens Developer XD from the Definiens server (folder SOFTWARE DOWNLOADS, file "Definiens_Developer_XD"); the software is available for Windows and Linux computers (\\cell.bioinformatics.ic.ac.uk\definiens\_software downloads)
• Install it on your computer
• Start the software, when asked for the licence server, type in the following details:
• Licence server address:  <film03.bioinformatics.ic.ac.uk>
• Username / password: your college login credentials

The progress of batch processes can be viewed at the Job scheduler.
