What is the Change Network?
The change network provides localised peer support that acts as the bridge between the programme team and faculties and departments, to enable the delivery and adoption of the change to the new system.
Who is the Change Network?
We have over 230 Change Network members who hold a variety of different roles and represent all impacted teams across Imperial. Members will support colleagues in their areas to prepare for and utilise the new processes and system.
What is the Change Network being asked to do?
As the bridge from the programme team to their colleagues locally, Change Network members are being asked to help in several ways:
Change Network members will help with:
- Supporting communication and engagement
- Sharing feedback
- Aiding readiness and post go live support
- Promoting programme activities
Keeping colleagues aware of the latest information, helping interpret the changes and being a first point of contact for questions. Being able to influence and champion the changes.
To the programme team on questions, issues and local feelings towards change and readiness. Closing the loop back to colleagues with answers and information.
Serving as trusted support to busy leaders and line managers through the change in the lead up to, and after, go live.
Such as testing, training and lunch and learns.
How will the Change Network evolve?
The Change Network will evolve, with key members from each area attending Implementation Network meetings. They will receive guidance, materials and actions to be completed that month as part of the business readiness activity.
The Implementation Network will lead on business readiness activity, calling on the support of the local wider change network members as required.
