The Business Readiness team ensures staff across Imperial are prepared and supported to transition to the new system and ways of working.
The team provides support throughout the duration of the programme, from planning and preparation through to system transition, go live and beyond. Our focus is on understanding the impact of the change, delivering communications and training, monitoring and improving readiness, and building strong local networks that support adoption across the university.

What my role involves
I lead our overall engagement across the Great Service programme as well as coordinating our network of Change Managers. My focus is making sure everyone, wherever they sit in the university, understands what's changing, why and what it means for them - and is genuinely ready to adopt new systems and ways of working with confidence, not just informed about them.
Areas I cover: Engineering, Advancement, Associate of Provost (Academic) and Associate Provost (Societal Engagement).

I help teams and leaders make change work in practice, not just on paper. I spend time understanding how people really work, what matters to them, and where change will make things better or create pressure, so we can deal with it early.
My focus is on making sure colleagues feel informed, involved and ready, so new systems, processes and ways of working are adopted smoothly and deliver the benefits they’re meant to.
Areas I cover: Finance, Chief Operating Officer's group and the PA and Administrator's Network (PAAN).
