Absences will be managed in Atlas, replacing TeamSeer and bringing absence information into one integrated system aligned to payroll.
Annual leave will be requested and recorded in hours, and in line with staff member's working pattern.
Atlas Journeys are guided task lists that help staff and managers follow the correct process for absences, such as maternity leave and other special leave types. They help to ensure users access the right information and complete the required activities.
No. Atlas will not allow staff to book more annual leave than they have available. If you require more annual leave, this can be purchased during one of the two enrolment windows.
Line managers/approvers will be notified when they have requests to approve, including absences. Atlas will send automated reminders and escalate through the built-in hierarchy to help ensure absence requests are approved on time or when an approver is absent.
Employees will be able to record leave across multiple assignments, with approvals routed to the appropriate line manager when a specific assignment is selected.
Payroll calculations for absence-related payments and deductions will be automated within Atlas.
