Our mission is to facilitate change and champion a culture of continuous improvement at Imperial College London.
To do this, our team works collaboratively to support the transition and transformation of goals, processes and technologies across Imperial. We strive to improve the efficiency of our operations to help the College achieve enduring excellence in research and education for the benefit of society.
As part of the College's Academic Services division, we support colleagues and teams across the organisation to provide integrated, holistic services for Imperial's learners, educators and researchers, delivering a seamless and supportive experience.

Our strategic pillars
Support the Operations Committee
The Operations Committee brings together leaders of Imperial's largest operational units to coordinate, review and prioritise transformation initiatives across the services that support the College's academic mission. We support the Operations Committee to deliver against their terms of references.
Provide resources that support change
We provide resources that support change initiatives across the College, ensuring a coordinated approach to the delivery of these initiatives. Our team possess a range of skills in project management, change management, process analysis and optimisation, data analysis and communications.
Grow staff capability via training, coaching and facilitation
Our Operational Improvement training teaches the principles and skills that equip staff members to run and participate effectively in operational improvement activities. We can offer advice, coaching and quality assurance to staff running their own improvement initiatives, or offer more direct involvement in the use of strategic tools, methodologies and maturity frameworks that support change and operational improvement.
