The Student Hub in South Kensington is located off the main university entrance lobby (off Exhibition Road) near the Imperial Business School entrance.

The Student Hub main space in White City - in the west end of Sir Michael Uren building, ground floor, is under renovation 17 November - 12 December. Our temporary desk from 17 November to 12 December is located on the other side of the Sir Michael Uren building (86 Wood Lane), in the side room near the main reception on the ground floor. South Kensington:
We are open Monday - Friday 10.00-16.00
With the following exceptions for the month of December:
- 9 December our physical offices are closed.
- 10 December we are closed from 14.45.
- 18-19 December we are open 10.00-12.45 and 14.00-16.00
- 22 December we are only open by email/phone.
White City:
We are open Monday - Friday 10.00-12.30 and 13.30-16.00.
With the following exceptions for the month of December:
- 9 December we are open 10.00-12.00.
- 10 December we are closed from 14.00.
- 22 December we are only open by email/phone.
The offices are closed Bank Holidays and university closures.
