About our service
The International Student Support team is committed to providing the highest standard of support to Imperial's international student population. We provide specialist immigration advice for applicants, students and graduates as well as running a programme of webinars, trips and events to foster integration, friendship and community.
We are located on level 3 Sherfield Building near the Student Hub front desk.
Our team will be available to offer advice on email or via MS Teams: Monday - Friday 09:30 - 17:30. To request an appointment on MS Teams please email.
Christmas period opening hours
The ISS Office will be open on limited dates during December, as follows:
- Wednesday 7th December 10:30 – 15:30
- Friday 9th December 10:30 – 15:30
- Monday 12th December 10:30 – 15:30
- Friday 16th December 10:30 – 15:30
- Monday 19th December 10:30 – 15:30
- Wednesday 20th December 10:30 – 15:30
The ISS Team remain available 09:30 – 17:30 every weekday on email (firstname.lastname@example.org) / MS Teams or telephone (020 7594 8040)
Please note: The College is closed for Christmas from 1730 on Friday 23 December 2022 and will re-open on Tuesday 3 January 2023. Staff will not be available during these dates.
Non-Christmas period opening hours
The ISS office will be open from Monday - Friday 10:30 – 15:30 for BRP collection and quick queries. If you require more in-depth advice please email us to request an online appointment.
Please note the office is closed on Saturday, Sunday, UK public holidays and College closure days.
