About our service
The International Student Support team is committed to providing the highest standard of support to Imperial's international student population. We provide specialist immigration advice for applicants, students and graduates as well as running a programme of webinars, trips and events to foster integration, friendship and community.

We are located on Level 5 Sherfield Building with the Student Hub front desk.
Service hours
Our team will be available to offer advice on email or via MS Teams: Monday - Friday 09:30 - 17:30. To request an appointment on MS Teams please email.

The International Student Support team will be available in-person in the Student Hub on limited dates during April as follows:
- Monday 7 April 10:30 – 15:30
- Tuesday 8 April 10:30 – 15:30
- Tuesday 15 April 10:30 – 15:30
- Friday 25 April 10:30 – 15:30
- Tuesday 29 April 10:30 – 15:30
- Wednesday 30 April 10:30 – 15:30
The ISS Team remain available 09:30 – 17:30 every weekday on email (international@imperial.ac.uk) / MS Teams or telephone (020 7594 8040)
Please note the office is closed on Saturday, Sunday, UK public holidays and university closure days.
