The Student Records Team is responsible for the administration and maintenance of student records including:

  • Enrolments
  • Programme transfers
  • Interruptions of studies
  • Withdrawals
  • Examination administration
  • Statements of attendance, transcripts and degree certificates
  • The administration of Research Degree Examinations

The HESA and Student Data Team

The team's responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of the College’s annual student return to the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA), National Student Survey (NSS) data and Key Information Sets (KIS) data displayed on Unistats
  • Producing the College’s annual student statistics
  • Providing student data to departments on request.

The Assistant Registrar (HESA and Data Quality) is the Registry contact for Freedom of Information requests concerning student statistics and is the institutional contact for the National Student Survey (NSS).
