All of the Attributes and Aspirations streams are based on a set of key skills. These are based on the World Ecomonic Forum's top skills for the future. Combined with research done by the AA team on university graduate attributes and graduate employer requirements.

AA covers 20 skills which are split into 6 categories.

AA Pathways

To help students who don't know where to start working through Attributes and Aspirations we have developed a set of pathways for different scenarios. These pathways provide AA users with a maximum of 10 units from the whole AA catalogue which develop key skills for different scenarios.

These pilot pathways cover the following scenarios.
