Summer student training programme

When:  Applications for the Crick’s summer student training programme open in early January each year.

Who: This programme is open to undergraduate students who are performing well on their degree course. Full eligibility criteria are given on the Crick’s website.

Sandwich student programme

Sandwich students join one of the Crick’s research groups or science technology platforms for 12 months, working on a defined research project. As well as benefiting from well-resourced research labs and state-of-the-art facilities, students are provided with a supportive and stimulating work environment, and scientific and transferrable skills training. Students will be paid a salary that meets the London Living Wage.

When: Applications for the Crick’s sandwich programme open in mid-September each year.

Who: This programme is open to undergraduate students who are in their second year of study (if in England, Wales, NI) or third year of study (in Scotland) with one further year of study to complete after the placement year.
