Venue Information

The Centre is situated in one of London's finest locations, adjacent to landmarks such as the Royal Albert Hall and the Science, Natural History, and Victoria & Albert Museums, with Hyde Park just a short walk away. The lectures and the hands-on demonstrations will take place at the Hamlyn Centre’s Engineering Facility at South Kensington Campus and the Clinical Facility at St Mary’s Campus, respectively. 

The Hamlyn Centre Engineering Facility is located on the 4th and 5th floors of the Bessemer Building at the Imperial College South Kensington Campus.  This facility enables the design, fabrication and testing of precision components for our imaging, sensing and robotics research platforms in addition to providing high performance computing infrastructure to facilitate the development and operation of state-of-the-art software architecture. 

The Hamlyn Centre Clinical Facility is located on the 3rd floor of the Patterson Building at St. Mary's Hospital in Paddington, London. It provides a unique setting for the translation of technologies developed at the Centre to the clinical environment ensuring that technology is patient focused, clinically relevant, practical and accessible.
