Our Employer-Led Skills Workshops are two-hour, practical training sessions delivered between October and March. They provide your organisation with an opportunity to engage directly with Imperial students, many will have a strong interest in your sector.
Your organisation will take the lead in designing and delivering the content of the session, ensuring it reflects your industry, recruitment practices, and the key skills you seek in graduates. These workshops are intended to help students gain insight into your organisation, understand selection processes, and develop core employability skills essential for success.
Sessions typically focus on areas such as case study problem solving, presentation and communication skills, and preparation for assessment centres. Workshops can be delivered either on campus at South Kensington or virtually, depending on your preference.
To ensure a productive and engaging experience, workshops are usually limited to around 40 students, although this can be adjusted based on the format and objectives of your session. These sessions are interactive, hands-on, and consistently in high demand among our student community.
There is no cost to host a workshop.
