How to book an employer place for the Spring Careers Fair 2026

The Spring Careers Fair is a major event in our spring term calendar, providing companies with a valuable opportunity to raise their profile on campus and promote vacancies and internships to engaged and talented students. Open to all year groups and across disciplines, the Spring Fair is an excellent way to connect with our diverse student community.

When is the fair?

Thursday 19 February 2026, 17.00 - 19.30. 

Where is the fair?

The Spring Careers Fair will take place in the Queen's Tower Rooms at our South Kensington campus. 

Cost for employers to attend

Organisations with 50 or more employees - £500 + VAT.

Organisations with less than 50 employees - £325 + VAT.

Charities - £150 + VAT

What is included as part of this on-campus event?

Individual stand

You will be provided with your own stand which includes table, tablecloth and access to a power supply and wi-fi. 

E-brochure

To accompany the fair and to help promote the attending organisations we produce an e-brochure which is distributed to students a week prior to the event.

This will include:

  • A brief description of your organisation
  • Application information and deadlines
  • Information about the departments that you are interested in

Advertising opportunities

To support employers’ recruitment activities and increase company visibility, we provide opportunities for organisations to advertise in our fair e-brochure.

Full page colour advert

£250 + VAT.
