Training overview

When left unchecked, our own personal perspectives and biases can sometimes create miscommunications in the workplace. This can lead to further conflict, and impact us and all those that we work with. However, through conscious, deliberate action, we can work to understand and counteract bias in the workplace, enabling better communication and working relationships for ourselves and our colleagues.
