We know that exam time can be really stressful. But did you know that physical activity can help? Any type of physical activity will have a positive impact on your mood and wellbeing. It doesn't have to be very intense or time-consuming, even a short walk will help.

We've put together a series of short physical activity events to get you moving and relieve stress.
