PGDip Digital Health Leadership

The Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Digital Health Leadership is the flagship programme of the NHS Digital Academy. This world-class training programme is designed to nurture existing and aspiring leaders in the growing world of digital healthcare. Established in partnership with Health Education England, the PGDip inDigital Health Leadership is the first national learning programme in change management, leadership and clinixcal informatics.

This year-long training programme offers a unique and blended learning experience for existing and aspiring leaders in digital health, from CIOs to clinical managers, who want to harness the power of digital to drive improvements in the NHS. The Digital Health Leadership programme readies and empowers ambitious changemakers to lead digital transformation within healthcare’s rapidly evolving landscape.

MSc Patient Safety

This MSc is a two-year online course, aligned with the updated World Health Organisation Patient Safety Curriculum. The course employs engaging online learning, comprising innovative group-working exercises combined with live teaching sessions with world-leading academics.

During this course, students gain insights into the global context of healthcare, drawing upon a broad range of expert perspectives from academia, healthcare and industry. The programme explores themes including societal impact, equality and diversity, global health innovation, interprofessional practice, safety and sustainability.
