Our team of over 50 experienced and caring staff work together to create a calm, supportive environment where children can learn, develop, and feel secure.
Led by Tracy Halsey and reporting to the Director of Residential and Community Services, our team includes:
- Senior management
- Early Years educators and senior educators
- Administration staff
- In-house domestic team
- Kitchen team
We work closely across roles – and in partnership with families – to provide consistent care, meaningful learning experiences, and a positive start for every child.
Experienced, trusted, and qualified
We take great care in selecting the right people to join our team. Every member of staff goes through a thorough recruitment process, including practical and face-to-face interviews, background and reference checks, and a full review of work history. All staff also hold an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which is renewed and reviewed annually.
All team members who work directly with children are qualified to at least Level 3 in childcare. They complete a comprehensive induction and ongoing training programme, including safeguarding and paediatric first aid. Many of our team hold further professional qualifications such as degrees, master’s degrees, Qualified Teacher Status, or Early Years Teacher Status.
Every room is led by a senior member of staff with significant experience and leadership training, helping us to maintain a consistent, high standard of care across the nursery.
A place to learn – for everyone
As a recognised training centre, we proudly support the next generation of professionals in early years and child development. We regularly host:
