All submitted Papers are currently being reviewed

  • All submissions will be peer reviewed.
  • Authors will be notified of final paper acceptance by 30 April 2023.

At least one author from each accepted final paper must register for the conference, for that paper to be presented at the conference and included in the Conference Proceedings. One registration can be associated with a maximum of two papers. Details of registration fees can be found on the Registration page.

Submission instructions for Authors

  • All papers must be prepared using the NUMGE 2023 MS Word Template which can be downloaded from this page.
  • Authors should follow the formatting instructions and not exceed 6 pages in total lenght. Manuscripts which do not meet the formatting or page length requirements will be rejected outright.
  • For submission, the paper should be distinguished with its ID number, which is provided on abstract submission, and the surname of the first author, as given in the example: numge2023-554_smith
  • Both a Word and a PDF copy of the paper should be submitted.

Special publication

Endorsed by Elsevier, the conference Editorial Board will invite selected conference papers for a special issue of the Computers and Geotechnics journal, to be published after the conference: https://lnkd.in/eFtNTTRi

Copyright

  • Authors retain all rights to their articles.
  • Each paper will be indexed with its own individual DOI number and Conference Proceedings, with their own ISSN number, will be published in a free and open access in the ISSMGE Online Library.
  • A copyright agreement form will be provided to authors and must be submitted at the time of acceptance and final submission of revised papers.
