It is just one cog in the chain when reviewing cultural competence and structural racism. We also understand that biases come in many shapes and forms from Racial discrimination, Transphobia, Homophobia, Anti-Semitism, Islamophobia, and more. We hope that by taking this online course, you are open to having the sometimes-difficult conversations that need to take place in order to facilitate true organisational change."

This course provides a non-judgmental approach aimed at understanding how unconscious bias operates in the workplace. It is the starting point in understanding how biases can impact individuals and the organisation. This should be used in conjunction with further learning and practical actions such as using the unconscious bias action plan, EDI resources, and learning around allyship.
