The Estates divisions are tasked with the delivery of new build, refurbishment and infrastructure projects which are funded through the College capital budget. Project Management is performed by using a combination of College Project Managers and external consultants appointed from our approved suppliers.

The Estates division has developed its own project procedures by applying the College requirement of PRINCE2® methodology and following RIBA Plan of Work Project Management stages. The College procedures are based on best practice from industry and can be found on the project procedures pages on this web site.
