The provision of further interim payments post completion should be considered in accordance with the Contract. Where the Engineering and Construction Contract main options A (Lump Sum Contract) or C are employed, a further payment shall only be made at the end of the defects period; and where the Engineering and Construction Short Contract is employed, further payments can be made on a monthly basis throughout the defects period.
