CDM notification (Stage 2)
The Project Manager shall complete the CDM notification form and forward an electronic copy to the Head of Health and safety - Projects.
This document will prompt a response and a discussion regarding the appointment of the Principal Designer, Principal Contractor and the HSE F10 Notification of construction project.
