This section is for staff and students who organise internal events at Imperial. Our team are here to make it easier and simpler for you to organise events at Imperial and we can help with a wide range of enquiries from room bookings, catering services to AV (audio-visual) support.
Seminar and Learning Centre (SALC) Room Bookings
The Internal Events team/Web Room Booking website will be taking SALC bookings up to and including Sunday 2nd October. After this time, the spaces will be managed by the Central Timetabling Team. More information can be found here.
Serving you safely
As always, we are committed to serving high-quality food and drinks in a safe and comfortable environment. The health and wellbeing of our staff, event bookers and campus community are our top priority, and we have approached the relaunch of our services with that as our guiding principle. In addition to continuing to maintain our high standards of hygiene practices, we are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our team and event bookers. Supporting your virtual events
We have worked closely with the ICT team and other College partners to successfully assist with various Microsoft Teams-based events. We’ve assisted with small and large virtual events and we are delighted to continue to extend our support in various ways.
