The Systems and Information team are responsible for all HR systems as well HR data reporting, business intelligence and HR system training. The systems the team look after include:
- ICIS - the College's information management system.
- TeamSeer - The College's leave and absence system.
- Freshservice - HR's query management system.
- Report and Support - The College's tool for disclosure of unwelcome behaviours.
The Systems and Information team are based on Level 3, Faculty Building, South Kensington Campus.

HR system training
Making enquiries on ICIS HR data
Who Should Attend
The course is aimed at staff that have a responsibility for employee records and use ICIS HR to make enquiries on their data.
A maximum of 2 hours
Viewing records in past, present and future e.g. assignment and labour distribution detials
Understanding how the HR data is structured
Participants must already have details of their ICIS HR log in prior to attending.
It is assumed that participants are familiar with basic windows elements such as the title bar, menu bar and scroll bars and can select menu options and applications.

ICIS training for the Human Resources module
ICIS HR training is available from Jennifer Jarrett, HR Services Team, Human Resources Division, Level 3 Faculty Building, South Kensington Campus. Jennifer can be contacted by email on email@example.com or at the South Kensington campus or by telephone +44 (0)20 7594 5512.
If you have an ICIS HR user responsibility and would like to arrange some training, or would like to discuss your use of ICIS HR with a view to determining if you have a training need, please do contact Jennifer.
ICIS HR training courses are available and details and dates are published in the Staff Development Programme. Details of the course focus are provided below so, if you have an immediate training need and are interested in the course; please contact Jennifer as soon as you can to make training arrangements.
Customised training can also be provided either on a one-to-one basis or for a group with the same requirements. If, from the course outline or from your current usage of ICIS, you have identified a specific training need – for example you only want to know about a particular function, please contact Jennifer.
Where it is practicable to do so, arrangements can be made to provide training at your location if this is preferred.
