EpiEstim

As part of the REF 2021 - the system measuring academic research quality in the UK - we would like to demonstrate evidence of the impact of EpiEstim on policy making.

To provide evidence of the impact of our work, we invite signatories (EpiEstim support letter) from public health agencies, ministries of health and others who have used one of the following tools as part of their monitoring and response to COVID-19 and other pathogens:

• The R package EpiEstim (access on CRAN here or on Github here)
  
• The equivalent Excel spreadsheet (access spreadsheet here)
• The EpiEstim app (access Shiny app here)
• The methods presented in Cori et al. AJE 2013 or in Thompson et al. Epidemics 2019

3. Share feedback on EpiEstim and potential future features you would like to see developed

Providing evidence of impact for this work will help us pursue work in this area of research, maintain and further develop these methods and packages.
