Ronke is a skilled healthcare data professional with a strong academic and analytical background. She holds a BSc in Microbiology from the University of Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria, and an MSc in Food Science and Microbiology from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. Currently serving as a Deployment Manager within the Whole Systems Integrated Care team, she leads the end-to-end delivery of clinical and population health dashboards—from initial request through to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
In her role, she collaborates closely with clinicians to define metrics, clarify data sources, and ensure accurate logic and definitions are applied, supporting informed decision-making across healthcare services. Her work ensures that data tools are clinically relevant, user-focused, and effectively integrated into practice.
Previously, she worked as a Business Analyst and Benefits Realisation Lead in other NHS Trusts, contributing to digital transformation and service improvement initiatives. Bilingual in English and Yoruba, she brings strong communication skills and cultural awareness to diverse, multidisciplinary teams. Her expertise lies in translating complex data needs into practical, high-impact solutions that support better health outcomes.
