At least one author from each accepted final paper must register for the conference, for that paper to be presented at the conference and included in the Conference Proceedings. One registration can be associated with a maximum of two papers.

During the registration process authors will be required to provide ID numbers of maximum two papers which they register under their attendance. The ID is the number of your paper provided on abstract submission (for example 445 from NUMGE2023-445).

Payment details

  • Registration payment must be completed before the selected registration deadline. If the payment is not completed by the stated deadline, the fee will be changed to that corresponding to the next time period.
  • The preferred payment method is by Credit or Debit card: Visa, Visa Debit, Master Card and American Express are accepted. When you proceed to make a payment you will be transferred to a secure payment site which will take your payment.

Cancellation policy

  • If the Conference is cancelled for reasons beyond our control (force majeure, pandemic), fees will be refunded in full. We take no liability for costs incurred for travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • If the delegate wants to cancel their registration for any reason, 80% of conference fee will be refunded for cancellations made up to 21 days before the start of the conference. Cancellations thereafter will be liable to the loss of the full fee. Any cancellation request or alteration of registration must be communicated in writing by e-mail to cpd@imperial.ac.uk .
