We have a wide range of meeting, teaching, events and study spaces across our campuses available to book by staff and students. How you book these spaces depends on the type of activity you're hosting and who will be attending.
Find and book a room for staff
Finding a room
Use Room Finder to access a list of all bookable rooms across Imperial and find a space that suits your needs.
You can search, filter, view AV information and see if the space has any unique booking information you need to be aware of.
Book a meeting room
- Most meeting rooms can be booked via your Outlook calendar.
- Some rooms have departmental-specific permissions; if you think you should have permission to book a certain meeting room, you can request a change via the ICT Service Desk.
- If you'd like to use a room that is normally used as teaching space for a meeting, these can be booked via CELCAT.
Book teaching space
- All teaching and examinations, including lectures, seminars, tutorials and assessments, should be booked by your departmental timetabler.
- Contact your departmental timetabler if you have any issues or questions.
Book events space
- Our internal Events and Hospitality team can support you with booking space, AV and catering for your event.
