Whether you're working from home, self-isolating or just heading out less, we're all faced with challenge of keeping active whilst spending more time in our houses.

Nonetheless, staying active is essential for our physical and mental wellbeing. Our MoveFromHome programme pulls together activities and ideas - from our team and beyond - to help us keep moving. 

Along with the special remote sessions lead by the Move team, we've also looked across the sector for the best ideas in workouts, wellbeing and recipes. You don't need a membership to join in: all of these resources are free and available for all members of our community.
