White City Service

Imperial students can visit the Student Hub in White City to access information on a variety of support services whilst working and living at the White City Campus. 

Location: The Student Hub space and office are located on the ground floor of Sir Michael Uren Building (west). 

Please note that the Student Hub space is under renovation 17 November - 12 December. The Student Hub temporary desk is located on the other side of the Sir Michael Uren Hub building, in the side room near the main reception.

Student Hub staff are available in the space during office opening hours (information available on our Contact Us pages) to support with general student enquiries and direct you to the relevant support service you require. Staff are also contactable via email. 

There are a number of spaces to study in both the Student Hub space (to be re-opened for students on 15 December) as well as Collabor-88 (the ground floor of 88 Wood Lane). Students are welcome to use the spaces during opening hours. Room G02A (and adjoining G02) in Collabor-88 is bookable for group meetings. Students can book these rooms by contacting the team by email. Staff can book the rooms through Outlook. 

The remote library locker system for picking up or returning library books is located in the front lobby of the Student Hub space.  For more information visit the Imperial Library Services White City page.

During the renovation 17 November - 15 December, the remote library locker system is not in use and books can be picked up and returned to from the Student Hub desk during opening hours.
