Ad Hoc Initiative Troubleshooting Meetings
Overall purpose and remit
Initiative Trouble-Shooters are workshop-style meetings convened on an ad hoc basis to collaboratively address barriers and blockers to initiative delivery.
These sessions bring together the SMO, initiative staff, and relevant Imperial professional services teams to explore options and agree solutions to identified challenges.
The Imperial Values underpin all our work and all SMO meetings are conducted in line with these values and behaviours.
Ad Hoc Initiative Meetings
- To receive a status update/context setting from the initiative on the barrier/problem to be addressed.
- To collaboratively problem solve and identify options/solutions.
- To make decisions which do not require UMB approval and identify decisions needed from UMB.
