Overall purpose and remit

The SMO Termly is a strategic and operational meeting held in person on campus each month.  Although not a formal sub-committee of the University Management Board (UMB), the SMO Termly enables regular reporting to the UMB on programme level progress.

Its purpose is to provide directional guidance to the Strategy Management Office (SMO), helping to shape priorities, inform decision-making, and define next steps to advance the programme and its initiatives.

The Imperial Values underpin all our work and all SMO meetings are conducted in line with these values and behaviours.
