Overall purpose and remit
Reporting to the SMO Monthly, the SMO Weekly is a regular operational meeting for SMO staff, held in person, on campus.
Its primary purpose is to provide the SMO with a regular forum in which to share updates on initiative implementation and the broader programme, aligning on objectives, and fostering collaboration across the team. In addition, the SMO Weekly focuses on operational priorities, team culture, and ways of working.
The Imperial Values underpin all our work and all SMO meetings are conducted in line with these values and behaviours.
