At Imperial we have a number of staff who have volunteered to work with the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Centre. These volunteers can provide you, as a member of staff, with some direct support on certain topics.

These roles do not replace the remit of the Consuls or the trades unions. Consuls continue to be available for advice on academic staff matters. The trades unions (UCU, Unite and UNISON) continue to provide information, advice, and an advocate service for their members.

Neurodiversity Champions

Neurodiversity Champions™ are volunteers who contribute towards a ‘neuro-divergence friendly’ workplace culture.

You can ask them questions and get informal support related to all aspects of neurodiversity and the support process.

Staff Harassment Support Contacts (HSCs)

HSCs provide an impartial and confidential listening and information service.

You can contact them if you are concerned about discrimination, harassment, victimisation, or bullying.

Staff Supporters

Have a question but not sure who to ask?

Staff Supporters provide confidential assistance if you need information, guidance, or support. They can guide and sign post you to further information and support at Imperial.
