We maintain consistent specifications for components and materials used in construction and renovation projects.

These specifications have been appraised to be technically compliant and compatible with Imperial's requirements and current technical policies.

Nonetheless, on a project-by-project basis, each specification should still be filtered through a design verification exercise to ensure that their application is appropriate.

These architectural standards provide guidance for architects, designers and contractors on the qualitative and visual representation of products, materials and systems across a range of building components such as ceilings, floors, partitions & walls. Alternative products may only be used if approved through the completion of the EEE04 - Exceptions & Revisions Report (M&E) form.
