The Coffee & Coach online programme offers coaching-style sessions to early-career alumni who are seeking career-related support. Recent graduates are paired with experienced and trained alumni coaches and can schedule five one-hour sessions per month, focusing on career transitions, confidence, influence and impact in the workplace, and leadership and management.

It’s a rewarding process for both coach and coachee. A recent graduate said: “The whole experience was great, my coach was extremely knowledgeable and had a wealth of experience to offer, and I met every single one of my coaching objectives.” Coach Alberta Agyekum (MEng Electrical and Electronic Engineering 2005) says: “I really enjoy helping people and I think the concept of helping someone come up with their own solutions is very powerful.”
