Catering Orders on Graduation Days
Graduations are the highlight of the Imperial year, where friends, families and academic staff come together at our South Kensington Campus and the Royal Albert Hall to celebrate the achievements of our graduating students.
Two graduation days are held each year. Commemoration Day is held in October, while Postgraduate Graduation takes place in May. The ceremonies on Commemoration Day and Postgraduate Graduation take place at the Royal Albert Hall, where they have been celebrated for more than 60 years. After the ceremonies graduates and their guests can attend the departmental receptions on the South Kensington Campus thereafter.

The Catering and Events team play a vital role in delivering the departmental receptions on campus and as these events grow in size and expectations, our job is key in ensuring their success, and ensuring our graduates and their families experience the best Imperial can provide.
In order to give these special events our undivided attention, our services may be limited on these days. Please bear this in mind when placing catering orders on graduation days.
