Slots are offered on a first come, first served basis. You’ll receive a confirmation with your time once allocated.

• Add any questions you’d like to cover

How long is each session?
20 minutes.

Can I book more than one session?
If demand allows, yes - you can request a follow-up on a later date.

What if I’m not sure which date works?
Just say “Book me in” and we’ll assign the next available slot.

What if my preferred time is taken?
We’ll offer the closest alternative on your chosen date, or the next date.
