We’ve just launched monthly 20-minute 1:1 research sessions for radiographers — your chance to speak directly with an experienced researcher about your questions, ideas, or projects.

Sessions are free, held online at lunchtime, and slots are offered first come, first served. Full details & booking info here.

Creating Successful Poster Presentations online workshop

15 September 2026, 13:00-14:00 (online via MS Teams)
A good academic poster at a conference enables you to both network and clearly communicate the work that you've been doing.

This bite-sized session will help you in designing and producing a great conference poster to make you and your work a talking point. Join this session to hear experts from Imperial College London's library walk you through how to create the most effective poster presentations possible.

The session is suitable for people at any stage of a research career.

This virtual workshop for NIHR Academy Members and NIHR Leaders explores practical tips for managing and overcoming "imposter phenomenon". The session will help you challenge and reframe unhelpful notions, whilst developing effective skills to combat negative self-talk.
