pentahotel Reading

pentahotel Reading is a contemporary hotel conveniently located in the centre of Reading, just a short walk from Reading Station. Offering comfortable accommodation and modern facilities, it provides an excellent base for delegates with easy access to the town’s amenities and transport links.

We have a spacious main room, and three additional rooms for the breakout sessions.

Included during the event are refreshments and a hot lunch (free of charge). There will be an opportunity to provide dietary requirements at registration.

Travel Reimbursement

We are pleased to announce a travel reimbursement for this conference. This reimbursement (to a maximum of £25 per person), funded by the NIHR-supported Incubator for Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiographers, will be awarded to individuals who:

1. Are a radiographer.
2. Attend the conference on 10 February 2026.
3. Submit their travel expense form by 24 February 2026. Expenses submitted after this time will not be reimbursed.

Delegates can either:

• Travel by public transport and retain and submit copies of receipts. In order to maximise the fund available, following registration we recommend that you book your travel as soon as possible.

• Travel by car, noting that the maximum amount that can be claimed with mileage is £25. Please note that there is no parking available at the conference venue, so alternative arrangements will need to be made if travelling by car.

A form with further details on how to claim will be sent out following the Conference.

Registration closes on 23 January 2026. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis, so early booking is advised to avoid disappointment.
