Imperial Projects board of directors has the following members:
Mr Jon Hancock, Director
Jon is a Director of Imperial Projects. Jon is the Head of Central Secretariat at Imperial College London, and has been at the College since 1999. He has prime responsibility for the College’s governance arrangements and is also involved in managing the College’s Legal Services Office and its Archives and Corporate Records Unit. He is also a director of four other Imperial subsidiary companies: Imperial College Thinkspace Ltd, Burlington Danes Construction Ltd, Private Patient Healthcare Ltd and Imperial College White City Incubator Ltd.
Ms Rajneet Kaur, Company Secretary
Rajneet is the Company Secretary of Imperial Projects. Rajneet has also been the Head of Operations for Imperial Projects since August 2014, managing team operations and overseeing work delivered in support of major international projects. Prior to joining College, she worked for College’s subsidiary company managing front office and HR functions. Rajneet holds a BSc and MSc in Engineering.
Mr Chidozie Ofoego, Director
Chidozie is a Director of Imperial Projects. Chidozie is the Support Service Finance Officer for Imperial College London. He has worked at Imperial since November 2013, currently heading up the support service finance team with responsibility for providing financial information, analysis and advice to support the operation and strategy of support service departments. Chidozie is a chartered accountant and also a Director of Imperial College White City Incubator Ltd.
