To mark World Menopause Day, we hosted talks delivered by Karen Webb Green. Karen is a wellness and fitness coach who helps support women through the menopause specialising in physical activity and lifestyle choices.
This first talk dispels the myths from the facts and provides information on how to support yourself and others through the menopause whilst focusing on the all-important role physical activity can play. This talk is for everyone wanting to learn more about the menopause, support others and contribute to the conversation!
The second talk offers top tips to men who know someone who experiencing menopause, whether this be a partner, family member or colleague.
