Overview

In this session, you will learn to identify and use various strategies to enhance workplace influence and how to deploy these strategies when negotiating with colleagues and external bodies.
An essential aspect of the course is learning how to best manage your behaviours and interpret or manage the behaviours of others.

Further Information:

  • Catering: Light refreshments will be provided upon arrival, and lunch will be provided for in-person courses.
  • Break: There will be 3 breaks, including a short lunch break.
  • Preparation: Participants will be asked to read through a short pre-course materials pack. A fuller handout will be provided at the course.
  • Style: This highly participative workshop uses discussion, examples and simulations.
