We are an Ofsted outstanding 210 place Centre caring for children aged 6 months to 5 years and serve the community of Imperial College London.

You will manage and be responsible for all financial systems and admissions at the centre, including keeping accurate records, managing the waiting list and processing invoices. You will need to have excellent communication, time management, organisation skills and interpersonal skills as you will be a point of contact for parents and prospective parents. You will be required to be adaptable, flexible and hands on with a can-do attitude.

You will liaise with the Head of Centre and management team on all finance administrative matters affecting the EYEC.  You will work closely with and manage the admin team to deliver an outstanding service for the centre in a busy environment and be an effective and committed team member with a positive approach to change and delivery of an outstanding service.

The role will require full-time working on site and the hours of work are between 08:45-17:15, Monday to Friday.
