Opening times
South Kensington:
We are open Monday - Friday 10.00-16.00
With the following exceptions for the month of December:
- 9 December our physical offices are closed.
- 10 December we are closed from 14.45.
- 18-19 December we are open 10.00-12.45 and 14.00-16.00
- 22 December we are only open by email/phone.
White City:
We are open Monday - Friday 10.00-12.30 and 13.30-16.00.
With the following exceptions for the month of December:
- 9 December we are open 10.00-12.00.
- 10 December we are closed from 14.00.
- 22 December we are only open by email/phone.
The offices are closed Bank Holidays and university closures.
