My Imperial will be decommissioned for STAFF only on 1 September 2026.
After this date, you will not be able to access your payslip on My Imperial. You can use ICIS to view or download your pay documents until the Great Service Atlas platform launches.
Staff will enjoy a joined-up digital services experience between Atlas and a new staff portal called Imperial Glass.
My Imperial is the home for applications that support you with your work or study at Imperial, accessed using your Imperial login.
Student access
My Imperial provides you with access to your personal information, including your student record. You will be emailed at the appropriate time during your admissions application to activate your student IT account. This will enable you to login and register and enrol on your programme of study.
Once you have registered the applications that are relevant to you will become available at the appropriate time in your academic calendar.
