Monthly Health and Safety Reports

Description

Imperial has a statutory responsibility to monitor health and safety performance across construction projects. The monthly report provides a consolidated view of construction activities, incidents and trends, feeding into the Construction Health and Safety Assurance KPIs and the Construction Activities Report for Senior Leadership Team oversight.

Engagement

  • Site Manager to collate and complete the monthly H&S reports, and submits it to the Health and Safety Team. 
  • Health and Safety Team to issue end-of-month reminders to Site Managers and consolidates received reports

Approvals & Compliance Review

Completed reports are forwarded by Site Managers to the Health & Safety Team for review, processing and inclusion in project documentation. 

Repeated Subsequent RIBA Stages 

Reports are submitted monthly and continue until the end of RIBA 5.
