Site Monitoring
Description
This CDM Compliance Oversight Inspection is undertaken in fulfilment of Imperial College London's duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015). It's primary purpose is to provide assurance that all appointed dutyholders are effectively discharging their statutory responsibilities and that the project is being delivered in accordance with legal requirements and established governance standards. It does not replace the Principal Contractor's operational health and safety responsibilities. The findings of this review are intended to support continuous improvement, strengthen CDM oversight, protect Imperial's statutory position as Client, and provide demonstrable evidence that CDM 2015 duties are being met throughtout the lifecycle of the project.
