If you have been invited to the colloquium by one of the speakers, please follow the instructions to submit your abstract by email. All abstracts will be reviewed, and selected contributions will be included in the programme as oral presentations or posters.

- 01.12.2025: Opening of abstract submission
- 21.01.2026: Deadline of abstract submission
- 15.02.2026: Authors notification of acceptance
Abstract Format
A LaTeX template, fully compatible with Overleaf, is provided here: Template_abstract.zip.
The text should be written in English and must not exceed one page. A second page is only allowed for figures (maximum size:5MB).
How to submit
Abstracts must be submitted as a PDF file to: windfarm-colloquium-2026@imperial.ac.uk using the following filename format: NameOfFirstAuthor_Abstract.pdf, and the email subject line NameOfFirstAuthor_Abstract.
